Common questions
What is a companion service?
A companion provides social connection and practical support: conversation, outings, transportation, and accompaniment to appointments. It is company and coordination, not medical or personal care.
Is this personal care or caregiving?
No. Good Life Concierge does not provide personal care, bathing, medication administration, or nursing. If you need those services, we will source the best caregivers within our network.
Do you provide transportation?
We do not use our personal vehicles. We are happy to transport you or your loved one in their own registered, insured, safe vehicle.
How often does Ned visit?
Most companion arrangements run weekly or twice weekly, set by your membership hours. Essential starts at four hours per month, and Signature and Premier allow far more.
