Terms of Service
These terms explain how Good Life Concierge works, what you can expect, and what we ask of our clients. Please read them carefully before starting service.
Agreement to terms
By engaging Good Life Concierge and selecting a membership or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
What we do
Good Life Concierge provides lifestyle, household, and concierge support for active, aging adults. We coordinate schedules, vendors, travel, appointments, household projects, and related tasks. We act as a trusted point of contact, not as a medical, legal, financial, or personal-care provider.
What we do not do
We do not provide hands-on personal care, medical care, nursing, home health services, or housekeeping. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. We do not operate as a caregiving agency. We may help source qualified professionals in our network when asked, but we do not endorse, employ, or supervise them.
Membership and billing
Memberships are billed monthly in advance. A La Carte services are billed at the agreed hourly rate, with a two-hour minimum. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in a pause in service until the account is current.
Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. One grace cancellation per calendar year is allowed without charge. After that, missed or late-canceled appointments may be billed at the full rate. Monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days written notice.
Hours of operation
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. After-hours support may be available at an additional rate by prior arrangement. Work outside standard hours or outside the primary service area is at our discretion.
Service area
Our primary service area is Seattle's Eastside Communities, including Sammamish, Bellevue, Medina, and surrounding communities. We may accept ala carte, special-project, or secondary-residence work outside this area at our discretion.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions, and access needed to complete tasks. Clients must maintain their own insurance, vehicle registration, and legal or financial advisors. We coordinate; we do not replace your professional advisors.
Limitation of liability
Good Life Concierge acts with care and discretion, but we are not liable for delays, vendor performance, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month the issue occurred. We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party providers.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential. We do not sell your information. Details about our work together are not shared without your permission, except when necessary to complete a task you requested or as required by law.
Termination
Either party may end the working relationship with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for unsafe conditions, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, any outstanding balance becomes due.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as our services or policies change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
